The aim of the paint is to create an electromagnetic barrier that will effectively keep electronic eavesdropping out of highly-sensitive networks like government and corporate data. I imagine this new paint might still have some use for the ultra-paranoid home office (if it doesn't have windows) that wants to keep their wireless data transmissions from security threats.
