KAZA Concrete is a company which is recognized for its sculptural approach to tile design. Last year, the brand released a range of architecturally inspired tiles that were incredibly elegant. The new collection for 2019 does not fall short either.
First place in the Academy KAZA Tile Design Competition was granted to Sydney-based designer Aimee Munro who looked to the movement of Bauhaus for inspiration. Her tiles — a total of five diverse textures, were manufactured and launched as a collection under the KAZA Concrete name. Dubbed 'Diverge,' one can see why this entree was favored above the rest. When designing the aesthetics of the tile, Aimee Munro looked for ways of allowing for customization. Using a "bold color palette and simple geometry," the creative allows customers to create their own works of art.
