JTM Foods LLC, a manufacturer of consumer packaged goods (CPG) pies, announced that it is opening a new production facility in Wichita, Kansas. This facility will be 195,000 square feet and will account for half of JTM Foods' total manufacturing, once it opens. The facility is expected to open in the fall of 2023, and will bring roughly 150 jobs to the Wichita market when it opens.
JTM Foods noted that the new production facility will increase revenue and market presence for the company, allowing for more investment in product development and other innovations. The CEO of JTM Foods, Monty Pooley, stated: partnerships here, linking government, business, academic and community interests together convinced us that Wichita was the ‘Best Choice’ for JTM’s future expansion."
