In celebration of Paris Fashion Week, the Peninsula Paris hotel is teaming up with Harry Winston for jewelry-inspired high tea experiences. Taking design cues from the jeweler's most symbolic and celebrated designs, this luxe experience will present guests with an impressive collection of desserts set in the hotel's iconic Le Lobby restaurant. The jewelry-inspired high tea will be featured at the hotel from September 25th, 2018 to October 3rd, 2019 and will be run by the experienced team of chefs and cooks at the Peninsula kitchens.
Inspired directly by the "Winston Cluster" collection, this offering of pieces are perhaps best known for their ability to reflect charisma and beauty. When translated onto the menu, the jewelry-inspired high tea will feature a dish of raspberry confit and vanilla ganache paired with fruit mango confit and a coconut ganache, all of which is encased in white chocolate.
