Instead of photographing her daughter dressed up like a Disney princess, Jaime Moore decided to dress her daughter up as past accomplished women. Moore took shots of her daughter imitating greats such as Amelia Earhart, Helen Keller and Jane Goodall.
Dressed in props to imitate old photographs, Moore's daughter posed for a series of eerily similar shots. The adorable photographs were then edited to match the lighting, perspective and shape of the source material.
Moore's inspiration for the photos came from her desire to give her daughter real and inspiring role models to look up to. Instead of the unrealistic women portrayed by Disney, Moore wanted her daughter to follow the path of female trailblazers. For her daughter's fifth birthday, five amazing tributes to five influential women were taken.
