Although Instagram is one of the top apps for the iPhone, Instagram has not yet developed an Instagram viewer for iPad. To solve this problem, Singapore-based startup Tiny Whale developed their own iPad Instagram viewer. The 'Retro for Instagram' app offers three different viewing modes, which include a single column viewer much like Instagram's newsfeed, a grid and a mosaic mode that adopt the look of other highly visual sites like Tumblr or Pinterest.
With the app, Instagram users on iPad are able to get notifications for new likes and comments, respond to comments, download photos, discover popular photos and see the photos that they have liked. The app also supports multiple Instagram accounts, which makes it an extremely useful app for Instagram users with an iPad to take advantage of.
