This incredibly detailed and epically awesome Indiana Jones cake was for a themed birthday party featured on the Green Jello blog. The tiered cake is so well done it should be preserved as an archeological wonder in a museum somewhere. Or, you know, eaten in its entirety.
The Indiana Jones cake was decorated with buttercream frosting and fondant ropes. The rocks at the base are actually M & Ms. The cake features LEGO accessories, including a crack-whipping archeologist at the top (near a pretzel bridge) and a high-speed chase over flowing blue 'waters.'
