Two-Toned 1960s Editorials

The UK Vogue In Glorious Mono Photoshoot is Black and White

The UK Vogue In Glorious Mono photoshoot features two colors only. The black and white set was taken in and delivered to readers on behalf of photographer Alasdair McLellan whose work will be delivered within the March 2013 issue of the magazine.

Model Rosie Tapner was dressed exclusively in this two-toned color scheme for In Glorious Mono. The patches of dark on light fabric came of stylist Francesca Burns' vision for the set. While the shades may have been restricted here, she nonetheless got at a chic brand of variety as she worked with sports bras, billowing skirts, slit dresses and pin skirts. Makeup and hair experts Lucia Pica and Anthony Turner kept matters similarly simple with a loose updo and light cosmetics.
