The latest hybrid burger creation comes courtesy of Carl’s Jr. with its new Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Thickburger. Although still in the early stages of testing, the popular chain has begun testing its new burger and snack-food combination at a small number of its Southern California Carl’s Jr. restaurants.
According to a picture taken by one customer, the gargantuan burger comes "with Crunchy Flamin’ Hot Cheetos and cheddar cheese sauce." Just as many other fast-food chains have done, Carl’s Jr. has chosen a popular snack food as the perfect accompaniment to its standard burger.
Although a beefy patty drowning in nacho cheese and Flamin’ Hot Cheetos might not be everyone's cup of tea, once the spicy creation is rolled out nation-wide it could prove to be the next hybrid burger craze.
