The Hovse pop-up shop by Fos design studio features a multi-dimensional art installation that is mad from a cluster of jungle animal figurines. This Madrid retailer's bold installation greets visitors at its main entrance and aims to encourage consumers to shop at the location for one-of-a-kind gifts and novelties.

Playing up on our generation's obsession with mass consumerism, the installation depicts a scene of jungle animals who are fleeing mass consumption and heading towards a ‘shop small’ store. The satirical art piece references George Orwell’s classic novel Animal Farm.

Fos' Hovse pop-up shop installation is made up of three-hundred assorted miniature creatures that guide visitor's to the shops various and unique products. Multidisciplinary design studio Fos is made up of Julio Calvo, Susana Piquer and Eleni Karpatsi, a team that specializes in interior design, visual merchandising and art direction.
