Pei Wei is kicking off the spring 2021 season with two tasty new dishes: House Special Chicken and new Mongolian Green Beans.
Inspired by renowned chef Jet Tila, both of the new dishes delivery big burst of flavor. The new House Special Chicken dish starts with lightly battered chicken, pineapple, ginger, garlic, and mint, all tossed in a sweet and tangy caramel sauce. The chicken is then served over a bed of rice sticks and paired with an Asian slaw made up of cucumbers, red bell peppers, carrots, onions, cilantro, and in a Vietnamese vinaigrette. The other new dish, theMongolian Green Beans, consists of wok-seared green beans tossed with a mixture of garlic, chili paste, and a new sweet and savory Mongolian sauce.
