There is an organic appeal to the Herba Lamp and yet it is inspired by "natural fiber geometries derived from biomimetic observation," as noted by Yanko Design. Made up of five raw copper tubes tipped with mat translucent acrylic cylinders that house the LED lights, the Herba Lamp can easily be mistaken for a cluster of reeds bending over on a breezy day. Of course, there is no such breeze indoors. Yet even its name has an organic vibe to it.
Designed by Atelier Marko Brajovic for furniture manufacturer Bertolucci, the Herba Lamp provides a soft ambient lighting that is perfect to set the mood in any living space. As decorative as it is practical, the Herba Lamp is available in two sizes: a tall floor model and a smaller, identical table one.
