9am collaborated with Microsoft on HALO, a collection of digital height adjustable workstations that have lights and controls that can be adjusted with Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT.) The new digital height adjustable workstation collection HALO updates 9am's previous digital workstations with a focus on connection, sensing and smart guidance.
HALO integrates Pi lights to remind users not to be sedentary for too long, Wand C smart handset controls and a Digi Cube "brains" that detects human presence. With the Digi Cube, data can be processed and visualized to support an employee's management team, especially when it comes to reconfiguring desks.
As Shiyu Huang, COO of 9am, says: "By attaching smart devices to the desk, we enable employees to develop healthier working habits and enable managers to increase office usage rates while reducing costs at the same time."
