The conceptual 'Harbour Fishbowl' has been designed as a simple habitat for fish that will enable them to stay in their home at all times, even when it's time to clean out the water.
The fishbowl features a simple design that follows suit with traditional fishbowls, but has been paired on the side with a bulbous accent. This enables pet owners to slowly drain out dirty water and have the fish go into the small section to wait patiently for fresh water to be replenished into the bowl. This will limit stress placed on the fish and also add additional visual intrigue to the traditionally ordinary aquatic habitat.
The conceptual 'Harbour Fishbowl' is the design work of Ma Xiaoqi and Ma Zhe, and is the winner of the 2019 Red Dot Design Concept Award.
