Lululemon's Guided Meditation Podcasts Inspire Introspection

As a brand that's deeply connected to the yoga community, Lululemon is now releasing one-week guided meditation podcast series. Hosted on SoundCloud, the aim of the meditation challenge is 'Discovering Your Authentic Self' through an introspective inward journey. Each day's podcast last somewhere between 10 to 12 minutes and explores "I am" themes such as "I am light" and "I am peace."

The seven-day meditation podcasts are hosted by Lululemon's Mindfulness Manager, Danielle Mika Nagel, who has also been a brand ambassador since 2009.

Although yoga and meditation have been practiced for thousands of years, many people are now turning to meditation studios, apps and even intense 10-day silent retreats to find stillness and relief from the stresses of daily life.
