Anti-Slip Cups

The 'Grip Cup' is Ideal for Holding Beverages Firmly in Hand

Feldmann and Schultchen Design Studios created an anti-slip gripping cup called the Grip Cup that pops inward when you grip it. This gives the user a perfect grasp on their beverage. It looks like an average drinking glass but it is made of plastic and when popped inward, it resembles an hour glass.

This cup is ideal for serving cool beverages on hot days when condensation builds. On the exterior of normal glasses, there is a risk of slipping, but the Grip Cup solves this problem with its press-to-grip technique.

The most playful element of the Grip Cup comes from the fun popping noise it makes when it is grabbed. It is made from biodegradable materials and it is eco-friendly because it uses this material very sparingly to allow for a perfect indentation in the gripping area. Only the center of the cup will arch inward when gripped, while the rest of the material will hold firmly in a cylindrical form.
