New York-based architects Gachot Studios designed the new Gringo's Tacos in Staten Island. This stylish new restaurant features a playful take on traditional Mexican design from the 1980s, with custom-designed graphics, neon art pieces and a selection of game machines.
The design team worked closely with the restaurant owners to tie as much of the authentic cuisine into the atmosphere, making going out for a quick meal more of an experience. The clean lines and unique color palette sets this restaurant apart from its surroundings, offering a vibrant interior with a direct view of the water and Lower Manhattan.
Gringo's Tacos mixes a modern and traditional style with an amazing menu, making it a must-see tourist attraction.
