Greenpeace is known for their wild environmental activism, and have certainly turned heads in Paris with the installation of an inflatable iceberg.
The Greenpeace iceberg was placed in the Seine river, with a banner that read ‘G8 CLIMATE LEADERSHIP NOW.’ The display was placed there a day before world leaders met in Italy, and the group hoped it would lead to discussions about how to stop global warming.
Take a look at the Seine river iceberg by Greenpeace- whether or not it prompts talks with world leaders is still to be seen, but it definitely got pedestrians in Paris talking.
