Kid-Curated Children's Menus

Great Wolf Resort Brought in Real Kids to Revamp Its Kids' Menu

In an effort to offer kids more than hot dogs and French fries, Great Wolf Resort teamed up with real kids to revamp its children's menu.

Back in August, Great Wolf Resort brought in eight kids to create a Junior Chef Council. Many of these kids were the children of influential chefs such as Geoffrey Zakarian, Cat Cora, and Graham Elliot, along with two former MasterChef Jr. winners. Each kid was then tasked with preparing two dishes: one creative take on a kids' menu classic, and one unorthodox idea. The result was creative dishes such as Green Spaghetti and Chicken Meatballs, Macaroni and Cheese Pancakes Paired with Braised Short Rib, and Peppermint S'mores. The top picks were then chosen by the kids themselves for the resort's revamped kids' menu.
