Located in Antwerp, Graanmarkt 13 is a former townhouse that has been converted into a hybrid gallery space, restaurant and retail concept. Nicknamed 'the Apartment,' the former townhouse served as the founders' home and was restored by renowned Belgian architect Vincent Van Duysen.
The sprawling multi-functional space boasts a minimalist decor despite its multifaceted uses, with the top floor providing limitless panoramic views of the city. The top floor was also converted by the couple into rooms available for rent for both long and short stays.
Themes championed throughout Graanmarkt 13 include reclaimed raw materials and specifically, the combination of bare concrete walls and unfinished woods. Much of the space is undecorated, making it a perfect place to escape the inundation of everyday life.
