As much as I detest fast food, these gourmet Big Mac dishes are really bringing out the fatty in me. Crafted by four Toronto chefs for the weekly magazine and website The Grid, these gourmet Big Mac dishes include all the ingredients you'd typically find in a McDonald's combo meal, except they're presented in a way that's aesthetically pleasing and showcases some culinary flair.
As you can see, each dish is still presented on the familiar red tray with a side order of fries and a coke, but the creative plating looks like something you'd typically see on The Food Network. One of them even spells out "Happy B-Day" with French fries. I may not be overly happy with McDonald's as a birthday gift, but if you can make it look this good, at least I wouldn't be mad.
