Last year, the design of Goop HQ in Santa Monica was finalized. For those who may have not heard of the brand, Goop is a lifestyle and wellness brand that was founded by actress Gwyneth Paltrow. Prior to this workspace, team members were "scattered between different buildings." Thus, having them in one space will have the potential to enhance efficiency, productivity, motivation, as well as team spirit.
Goop HQ was designed by Rapt Studio who emphasized soothing, curvy features and a soft color palette. As such, the space exudes a comfortable and homey vibe that is also chic, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. The floorplan includes a spacious lobby, a sequence of work areas—including a lab for product development, podcast-recording studio, and a fashion workshop—as well as a test kitchen and a small showroom.
