Room Made Entirely from Chocolate

Oh My Godiva

Godiva unveiled a room made entirely from chocolate in Manhattan this week.

And it really is simply ALL chocolate. For example, opening the books will reveal piles of chocolates and not words. Lighting the logs in the fire, or the candles, may also be a bad idea as they too are made from chocolate.

The room was part of the PR campaign from Godiva - leading up to Valentines Day. It is part of a ‘Willy Wonka style’ competition where anyone buying a box of Godiva chocolate can win the room which is to be recreated in a hotel and is to form part of a romantic weekend for two. Of course if you are in the UK you can always stay at Alton Towers much more accessible chocolate themed room.

It certainly beats the London wall of chocolate from UK brand Thorntons which was featured on Trend Hunter last Easter.
