GoCompare, a comparison shopping website for car insurance, recently took a shot at imagining the future of car design. But rather than looking to current car designers for their ideas about the future, the site took a more proactive approach, enlisting a group of kids to draw up their ideas for how cars might look one day — after all, it's kids like them who'll actually be responsible for cars down the road.
Though of course the campaign is somewhat facetious, GoCompare took the children's designs seriously. The company used a professional illustrator to create slick images of each of the designs, and the page featuring the campaign includes side-by-side comparisons of the children's original drawings (with notes about functionality) and the artist renderings.
