"Goat Yoga" is a new workout phenomenon started by freelance photographer and fitness enthusiast Lainey Morse. Based in Oregon, Morse is the owner of No Regrets Farm, the venue for a number of events including her niche fitness classes that are already a hit among locals.
Though bizarre at first glance, the Goat Yoga workout is ideal for animal lovers with an appreciation for the great outdoors. While traditional yoga studios are known to offer a serene place to get fit, they often lack a sense of character and the same cannot be said about No Regrets Farm's rural and secluded setting.
In addition to practicing traditional yoga, fitness buffs are able to interact with this farm's friendly herd of goats that are said to "graze and sit and lie down next to everyone" as they exercise.
