These round globe lamps take a modern look at a classic shape, pairing two different-sized spheres together to create an interesting design. Michael Anastassiades designed the 'Copycat' lamps for the Italian brand Flos, calling it an exercise in a "mathematical sequence."
The globe lamps pair one larger sphere made of glass with a smaller sphere made up of a precious metal. The smaller sphere allows the LED light-containing globe to balance perfectly on a counter or tabletop. A beautiful juxtaposition of materials, the illuminated glass orb is partnered with one that is made of either 24 carat gold, shiny aluminum, copper or a black powder coated ball.
The delicate lamps are perfect for any room, coming along with a dimmer to set various types of moods.
