Robots have been a part of society a lot longer than most people think; since the conception of the first robot, people have fantasized about owning their giant robot.
The Japanese company Sakakibara Kikai created a giant ride-able robot for children. The machine is guided with the use of hand controls that can easily be used by most children. The design of the robot is similar to Capcom’s Tron Bonne’s Gustaff robot, but without the capabilities of being able to shoot missiles or lift boulders. Similar to the Gustaff, the robot can walk forward, backwards and do spins. It measures in at about 6 feet tall and requires a battery to operate.
