Nike Skateboarding has enlisted the help of designer and past collaborator Geoff McFetridge for these Nike Skateboarding sneakers.
The new release reimagines the shoe model from the ground up, and every part of Nike's branding has been given a full makeover. The iconic Nike swoosh has been applied with uneven edges, while the heel and shoe tongue branding has been stitched in a typeface that looks as if Geoff McFetridge wrote it himself. The shoes even have the words "Nike Skateboarding" written all over them in a bold black ink design.
Besides the unique Nike Skateboarding rebranding, these shoes feature the 'Blazer' high-top silhouette with an all-white sole, an attractive suede tan upper and bright orange-colored accents featured throughout. While there is no current release date, these personalized skate sneakers show a highly creative collaborative effort.
