Honor of Kings' Yao has a new look thanks to Burberry's chief creative officer Riccardo Tisci, who designed a pair of video game character skins based on the luxury fashion house's designs. Within the game, Yao is a character who is said to personify the role of a protector and the skins were created with the "spirit of nature" in mind.
The video game character skins will be available to purchase for players in mainland China and fans of the competitive multiplayer game will be able to outfit Yeo in two styles of coats, one of which features the brand's signature pattern.
The fusion of video games and fashion is continuing with a number of partnerships, as seen with exclusive virtual clothing designs and in-game runway reveals.
