The New Gaga Restaurant in Shanghai Offers a Unique Mediterranean Menu

Restauranteurs F&B created the new Gaga Restaurant in Shanghai in collaboration with design studio Coordination Asia to repurpose the classic Changning Villa into a bright and airy eatery and cafe.

Originally established by the American Episcopal Church in the 19th century, the building's two levels are made in a sleek white and black color scheme. Keeping the original pitched ceiling and windows, the design team added splashes of green and tones of oak detailing to create a unique interior. By adding multiple simmering brass light fixtures and one-of-a-kind furniture, the restaurant has a luxurious aesthetic.

Chef Jacky Zhu created a seasonal Mediterranean menu for the Gaga Restaurant to pair perfectly with the design to offer an amazing dining experience.
