Epic Games announced the Futurama x Fortnite collaboration in celebration of the recent reboot of the iconic cartoon from the early 2000s. Through this collaboration, several Futurama characters and items will be available via the in-game store in Fortnite for varying prices.
The collaboration brings Bender, Fry, and Leela as playable characters, as well as an in-game glider themed after the Planet Express Ship and some mining tools and back bling specific to each character, such as a violin, a bent steel beam, mini bender, and a Zoidberg-themed emote.
Aside from the items available in the store, there will also be a number of items accessible in-game through gameplay elements, such as Bender's Shiny Metal Raygun or the newly-introduced Mammoth Pistol. The store does not specify when the Futurama characters will be removed from the store.
