The Full Beauty Project photo series is chock full of shocking images. Although many people are slowly becoming desensitized to shots of nudity, they often involve fit figures that give modern society an unhealthy weight complex. This series focuses on the other extreme end of the spectrum by capturing obese women.
Put together by Yossi Loloi, the Full Beauty Project photo series puts on display the fearless of these women who would more often than not be ridiculed by their weight. Yet by focusing on obesity, the photographer is romanticizing another unhealthy form of living. Nevertheless, he writes, "In my work I portray what larger women represent to me. I focus on their fullness and femininity, as a form of protest against discrimination set by media and by today’s society."
