The Pimm’s fruit preserve has been unveiled as a new collaboration product that seeks to infuse the iconic British liqueur into a popular condiment style. Created in partnership between Pimm's and jam brand Duerr's, the jam is made with the namesake gin-based spirit along with strawberries, tangerines and mint. These ingredients work together to create a premium preserve that is perfect on scones or even on Victoria sponge cake to reinvent the classic recipe.
Senior Brand Manager at Pimm's Lizzy Forster spoke about the new Pimm’s fruit preserve saying, "Pimm’s and jam are both iconic British traditions, and we’re thrilled to bring them both together with our new fruity preserve. The jam is the ideal way to add a taste of summer to any occasion – simply dollop generously onto scones with lashings of clotted cream."
