The FoxP2 office may appear to be somewhat somber, but its unusual modern designs mixed with the original designs of the building it is housed in give it a unique look.
The space was created by 'Karpinski Design' and 'onepointzero' for the FoxP2 advertising agency based in Johannesburg, South Africa and was inspired by Thomas Edison's research and development lab. The industrial-meets-modern aesthetic of the office is further enhanced by rows of lockers used as storage above work desks, stark lighting and exposed brick walls. The office provides an open-concept work area, private offices, meeting rooms and a lounge -- none of which stray from the somber theme that the FoxP2 office design follows.
This office is one that fuses contemporary designs with historical ones to create a space that is highly distinctive and unlike any other.
