Illegible Illustrative Fonts

The Fontafabric MOD Typeface is Unreadable Art

Technology is pretty sweet, and the new Fontafabric MOD Typeface is right up there. The font is pretty much entirely unreadable, but is pretty cool for graphic design use. The examples Fontafabric uses to demonstrate this cool new typeface are words created with the things the words describe. For example, the word milk is written with the MOD typeface with poured milk, highlighting the graphic aspects of the font.

The Fontafabric MOD typeface is actually pretty awesome--but perhaps not the best way to get a point across.
