The all-new Focus RS Limited Edition is an attempt to show superfans of models that automakers actually listen to their online comments. The RS Limited Edition stands out from the normal Focus RS in a few ways. First off, it has a limited-slip differential on the front axle. That is apparently something enthusiasts on forums had been calling for. Also, it's available in a sharp shade of Race Red (it's also available in Nitrous Blue), a color fans had asked for.
Other add-ons include forged wheels, blacked-out exterior bits and interior carbon fiber trim pieces. The optional RS2 package, which adds heated power Recaro seats, a heated steering wheel, heated mirrors, and voice navigation is also standard. Pricing for the Focus RS Limited Edition was not released, but it will be high given the hatchback's rarity. Only 1,000 will be sold in North America, 1,000 stateside and 500 in Canada.
