In what is undoubtedly the most fantastical flight safety video in all the realms, this Air New Zealand commercial also advertises the third and final instalment in The Hobbit film trilogy.
Following their similarly-inspired Middle Earth themed adverts in 2012 and 2013, this flight safety video is dubbed 'The Most Epic Safety Video Ever made.' In it, flight attendants are dressed like elves and relay important airplane-related instructions in a Hobbit context. Stunning shots of New Zealand are also incorporated, as The Lord of the Rings was also filmed there. The commercial even has cameos from actors Sylvester McCoy and Elijah Wood (who played Frodo). Director Peter Jackson also makes an appearance.
The hilarious video from 'the airline of Middle Earth' is definitely worth a watch before the last Hobbit movie comes out.
