To mark the start of the summer season, Qdoba is introducing Fire-Roasted Shrimp. Not only is the new ingredient available in the chain's signature tacos, but consumers can also enjoy the fresh seafood in two other entrees.
As part of its summer 2017 menu, Qdoba is offering Fire-Roasted Shrimp three ways. One of these shrimp-infused dishes is the Tropical Shrimp Tacos, which consist of warm tortillas filled with Fire-Roasted Shrimp, house-made pineapple pico, avocado salsa, shredded lettuce and crumbled cotija cheese. For those looking for something heartier, the Surf & Turf Burrito Bowl features Fire-Roasted Shrimp over a bed of cilantro lime rice, mixed with grilled steak , black beans, lettuce, pico de gallo and a fresh-made chimichurri sauce. On the lighter end, the Fire-Roasted Shrimp Salad features shrimp on a bed of crisp lettuce, pineapple pico de gallo, guacamole and cilantro lime dressing.
