Outback is going big this winter by offering its "boldest, signature seasoning" in the form of its new Filet Sheila.
Outback’s Filet Sheila – which was previously only available from a select few locations – features two tender steak medallions, seasoned and seared and then topped with an indulgent combination of Provolone cheese, sautéed mushrooms, creamy peppercorn sauce, and a crunchy fried Bloomin’ Carrot Crunch garnish on top. The steak is also served alongside your choice of two freshly made sides.
Alongside the new Filet Sheila, participating Outback locations are also introducing the new Classic Blue Cheese Wedge Side Salad, which consists of wedges of fresh iceberg lettuce topped with chopped bacon, blue cheese dressing, grape tomatoes, red onions, more blue cheese crumbles, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
