Bicycle helmets are essential but notorious for being quite cumbersome to carry between uses, so the FEND One foldable bike helmet has been created to change this. Designed by Christian Von Heifner of FEND, the helmet features two segments that fold inwards to immediately enable the headgear to take up about two-thirds less space. This allows it to be easily stored between wears and help cyclists to keep it on hand instead of potentially leaving it behind when heading out of the house because of space constraints.
The FEND One foldable bike helmet is built with space-saving aesthetics in mind, but also takes safety constraints into consideration with a build that exceeds both US CPSC and European EN1078 safety standards.
