There are a lot of things out there that weigh only six pounds, but never would I have thought a bicycle could until Fairwheel Bikes proved me wrong. That's right, they have designed the lightest road racing cycle ever.

Sold for the astounding price of $45,000, Fairwheel Bikes created this feather-light bicycle predominantly out of carbon fiber. Exhibited at the Interbike Show in Las Vegas, it is a ten speed bike equipped with both a front and back breaks.
