The plans for Fairmont Heritage Place - The Cedars, Hendersonville have officially been unveiled. Fairmont Hotels & Resorts will develop the first luxury private branded residential area in the Blue Ridge Mountain region of North Carolina. The new development will transform The Cedars Hotel into a 127-unit luxury residential community.
The hotel was originally built in 1914 over a 3.55-acre property. It will now consist of two new six-story, mid-rise buildings. The buildings will contain studios, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units, and penthouses with sprawling terraces and views of the mountains. Residence owners in the new Fairmont-branded site will be invited to join the Accor Ownership Benefits Program, which invites them to join Diamond status for exclusive hotel and resort access worldwide.
