Exploring The Human Face With Art

‘100 And One Faces' Art Project

‘The Man with a Hundred Faces’ (loose translation of the French title "L’homme 100 têtes," by me) by Julien Lassort and Matthieu Burlot is a fascinating art project that explores the human face, which is the most exposed part of our body.

The project dynamically showcases "100 and one faces" via a "mosaic of portraits and emotions that plays off of the power of faces seen close up."

The project was created for the contest, "Transformation : Live-React," and has won the third prize at Panasonic’Art 2008.

The project’s soundtrack was composed by Julien Fargo.
