Netflix has unveiled plans to debut a mobile game alongside a TV series from the renowned Exploding Kittens franchise. Scheduled for release exclusively for Netflix members in May, the mobile game 'Exploding Kittens -- The Game' features single and multiplayer modes, requiring players to draw cards to evade the dreaded Exploding Kitten strategically.
Building on the established gameplay, Netflix's mobile rendition introduces two exclusive cards: 'Radar,' which grants players insight into the location of the nearest Exploding Kitten in the deck, and 'Flip Flop,' which shuffles the deck in reverse.
While the existing Exploding Kittens mobile game will remain available for purchase, it will not share progress, expansion packs, or saved data with Netflix's iteration upon release.
