Roots recently launched an experiential retail store in Chicago that sets itself apart as the brand's largest and most innovative retail space to date. The two-floor store invites people to explore a fusion of "cabin comforts and city conveniences," as well as the unique history, character and products of Roots.
Inside the innovative retail store, customers will be greeted by an entryway that reminds of the Algonquin Park birthplace of Roots, as well as a Salt & Pepper "Sweatbar" and fitting rooms that share stories of products, customer experiences and fun Canadiana facts in an audiobook format.
At the on-site Customization Workshop from Roots, customers will be able to personalize their leather bags and sweats that they purchase with patches, monograms and a variety of accessories.
