Tourism is big business for any country. However, there are some countries that were previously only for locals, but have recently opened up their borders to the rest of the world. Here are three locations that are well worth the visit that are finally embracing tourists from around the world.

Cuba

Georgia
Nestled between Eastern Europe and West Asia, Georgia is relatively new to the tourism sector, having declared their independence from the Soviet Union in 1991.
Since then, tourism is becoming an important contributor to the Georgian economy.

Tourists can enjoy a low-cost holiday while visiting rugged mountains, unspoiled landscapes and gorgeous small towns. Don’t forget to check out their various parks and reserves.
