Exotic Public Exhibitions

The bizarre bazaar known as the Venus International Erotic Trade Fair introduced the 2009 Allure Leather Collection at its October Berlin event. For those who long for scant leather and vinyl garb, this is sizzling hot fashion. Shows from past years have introduced not only fetish fashion, but erotic furniture and sex toys. Elements of fetish fashion increasingly find their way to mainstream clothing, especially among those eager to show off their fit, young bodies.

Brian Sloan wrote in his August blog, "Of late, there are wide array of latex or rubber products being offered by many Internet based sellers of repute. These clothes are crafted eyeing those adventurous men and women who always seek to act differently. Fashion is their passion and various rubber fetish items provide them enough scope to get catchy and woo others around them."

Looking ahead, the 2009 fair will continue to be part of Oktoberfest in Berlin. Large Bavarian sausages and beer will be on hand to feed the 380 exhibitors representing 38 countries. Presentations geared to sex and erotica are slated to remain the focus of the event. Fashion shows, raunchy entertainment and live performances are on the agenda--let your imagination be your guide.
