Family-owned Town & Country Markets, a regional chain in Seattle, introduced a line of private-label EveryDay Milk and along with it, employee-designed milk cartons. In this line of private-label milk, there are six varieties and each one sports a different original work of art "inspired by the wonders of milk."
Employees who contributed to the project included a bakery decorator, a checker, a front-end clerk and a food service clerk.
These milk cartons adorned with employee-created artwork bring a unique sense of pride and community to a family business. Each colorful carton features the name and title of the employee who submitted the design, as well as the location of the store where they work.
