Transparent Floral-Filled Structures

The European Patent Office is Set for Completion in 2017

The European Patent Office, designed by architect Jean Nouvel, is underway and set for completion in April of 2017. The design will hold over 1,000 employees, and is filled with fauna and floral work that allows people to relax while on the job.

The outside of the building is extremely transparent, allowing ample amount of natural light to stream through. For people that are stuck in an office for most of the day at work, having access to sunlight and even plants inside a building can really adjust an individuals mood (and ability to do great projects). The lobby area is also extremely spacious, which will provide a welcoming environment first thing in the morning for any tired individuals who have had to commute to the European Patent Office.
