With very adult-like connotations but much less mature imagery, Eric Yahnker’s most recent exhibit at the Ambach and Rice Gallery is a must-see.
The collection, in keeping with a very popular theme these days, shows many 20th century images (old school) that border the line of appropriateness (or inappropriateness, for that matter).
It is a very mixed collection of opposites that aren’t associated with one another from "Hannah Montana Hamburger Helper," or "War and Piece of Ass." Both of these image titles look exactly how they sound.
As much as it is a genre/image mix, it is very much a generation mix as well.
